My Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga offerings are designed to nurture both body and mind — fostering strength, balance, and calm before and after birth.Each class blends gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful connection to help expectant and new mothers feel grounded, supported, and empowered. My approach emphasizes safety, compassion, and self-awareness, guiding each participant to move in a way that feels intuitive and nourishing.
